Sorry to jump on this thread guys, has anyone got a link to a thread going through refeed days and ckd explaining it in nutrient terms etc, please. Cheers

Refeed can be an all out pig fest... go to the local buffet, get comfortable... take a nap inbetween eating there, lol.

Then go out to Hooters have a few pitchers of beer and 100 piece wings.

Go home, order chinese... 2 Poo-Poo platers

No, you won't eat the normal schedule if you go to a buffet cuz you'll prolly pack in 2,000 calories in that sitting, it'll be 3 or 4 hours before u want to eat again, lol... then chow down again...

That is one extreme the other is normal feeding schedule with a huge carb increase... one's dirty, one's clean... one's more satisfying than the other... different "school's of thought" if u want to think of it that way.

I'd prefer the all out slaughter food fest after being strict Monday - Friday.

Refeeds are great mental breaks for me and satisfy my cravings hardcore... I don't want to "cheat" again for another week after a good one, lol.
 
Refeed does not mean you can eat all the shit you want to on that day. It means to reload on complexs cards. Like oats,brown rice or sweet potatos. What you are talking about sounds like shit loading. Do you still think you will lose weight. Maybe,but not likely. Look your body will slow down after a few days of no carbs so it is important to speed your metabolism up again. This is done by complex carbs only. Dont fool yourself into thinking,because I eat clean during the week this allows me to cheat all day sunday. Sorry thats not how it works. Cheating is cheating no matter how you look at it. If you are serious about your diet do it right. Dont listen to everyone.They always are looking for reasons to cheat. Just look at there pictures. These are the people giving you advice. I' m not saying my way is right, wait yes I am. Remember cheating is cheating and carb reloading with good carbs is the only way to go. And wish me luck I will be doing the North America this weekend.

if that is the case, then why can I personally eat no carbs mon - fri and then eat like shit on the weekends and drop body fat?

I'm in my 4th day of the Carb Depletion and "everything's" off (w/my body) - even my "balance"....

Will I get used to this?
Will my body adjust after 36hr refeed?
Will I go through this "every week"?

I did it as well... it doesn't mean it's the best or healthiest way to go about it.
