Refeed does not mean you can eat all the shit you want to on that day. It means to reload on complexs cards. Like oats,brown rice or sweet potatos. What you are talking about sounds like shit loading. Do you still think you will lose weight. Maybe,but not likely. Look your body will slow down after a few days of no carbs so it is important to speed your metabolism up again. This is done by complex carbs only. Dont fool yourself into thinking,because I eat clean during the week this allows me to cheat all day sunday. Sorry thats not how it works. Cheating is cheating no matter how you look at it. If you are serious about your diet do it right. Dont listen to everyone.They always are looking for reasons to cheat. Just look at there pictures. These are the people giving you advice.
