Refeed Days are Killing Me

I usually do refeeds Late Fri-Sun, so 2 1/2 days straight... I don't eat until I pop though. I eat restaurant food, I eat a couple pieces of pizza and I don't worry about what I eat. I also work out fri and sun with at least 30 min cardio. I do heavy cardio and training all week with a very strict diet and I lose fat like crazy... So if you really think refeeds are killing you, I think you are over worrying. Just eat the shit as meals... and you should be fine... I even drink like once a week and I have no problem dropping fat.
Unless you don't do any cardio.. maybe then i could see it being a problem
