Reducing shbg with Toremifene PCT

I read from several sources that the oral toremifene/fareston I purchased for a PCT will raise SHBG levels. If this is true, then what can I do to reduce SHBG during PCT? I am aware that proviron will cause some level of hpta shutdown, so I'm stuck.
Also, what dosage do you all recommend for oral torem pct, because I may have to buy another bottle.
