I am a 20 years old male.
I used to be quite fat(over 110kgs) but with consistent exercise(jump rope) + going to gym regularly + little bit diet control I managed to shape up my body and got down to 85 kgs. My wait dropped from 39 inches to 33 inches. All this took over 1 year to accomplish. The problem I am facing currently is that even with this much hard work I cant seem to lose fat from my chest. Offcourse the fat has considerably reduced from what it was 1 year back but theres still alot of fat and it looks like I have small boobs
. This has ruined my confidence and shattered my life. All the time I think that even with this much exercise there isn't a lot of difference.
I do not want to undergo any sort of surgery to remove this fat. I want to loose it naturally/with exercise. Please recommend me exercises/workout plan to help me reduce my chest fat.
