Reducing chest fat

New member
Hello everyone

I am a 20 years old male.

I used to be quite fat(over 110kgs) but with consistent exercise(jump rope) + going to gym regularly + little bit diet control I managed to shape up my body and got down to 85 kgs. My wait dropped from 39 inches to 33 inches. All this took over 1 year to accomplish. The problem I am facing currently is that even with this much hard work I cant seem to lose fat from my chest. Offcourse the fat has considerably reduced from what it was 1 year back but theres still alot of fat and it looks like I have small boobs:(. This has ruined my confidence and shattered my life. All the time I think that even with this much exercise there isn't a lot of difference.

I do not want to undergo any sort of surgery to remove this fat. I want to loose it naturally/with exercise. Please recommend me exercises/workout plan to help me reduce my chest fat.

Cardio in the morning before you eat.

There is estrogenic fat in the abdominal area. You may need a topical supplement to get rid of it.

Thanks alot for the reply
Ill definitly start doing cardio first thing in the morning from now on.

I havn't taken any supplement before. Are they safe and natural?
What exactly are TOPICAL supplements? any preferable brands etc?

i agree with DZLS on the Yohimburn. If youve lost that much weight over a year and still have excess chest fat, Yohimburn should work great for ya.

Get good at dips, when you can do them proficiently at high reps 10-20 for 3-5 sets, then add weight. You'll definitely see an improvement after a few weeks if you do them on a consistent basis.

agree on all counts.

work on underlying musculature.
use yohimburn ES to help get rid of the fat, it works very well in stubborn female fat pattern adipose tissue (chest fat is one of these areas)
you might also want to consider using an aromatase inhibitor, which will boost your test and lower your estrogen levels. Adipose tissue is one of the main sources of aromatase, even though you have shrunk those fat cells your aromatase levels are probably still high. (this is part of the reason for the female fat pattern)

this is quite common especially if you gained a lot of weight in puberty (even late puberty)

would this work for anyone...?

is this a natural substance...?

can you direct me to some reading on it...?

Seems like it could be jenetic. From what I heard you start losing fat starting with your arms and legs and your midsection comes last, in your case it's your chest. Keep working hard.

i think it would have to be diet.. cleaning it up makes a world of a difference.. and yes.. start dipping.. and doing compound lifts.. i don't think you'll have problems 3-4 months from now.. u just gotta be patient..

power cleans
bench
deads
push presses
dips.. you'll be fine in no time..

Good Luck

Yup...you probably have alot of loose skin since you were carrying alot of weight and lost it pretty quickly. Hit up the yohimburn and try to build those chest muscles which will tighten the skin a little. Also as the lion mentioned, diet is huge...probably 75% of the equation. Make sure you take an OBJECTIVE look at your diet and cut the bullshit.

You got some good advice here...now all you have to do is follow it:)

if you have chest fat or other female fat storage patterns (estrogen is highly linked to A2 adrenoceptor proliferation)

all the ingredients are naturally occurring, though many of the actives are synthesized (not extracts).

I quote from your post: "+ little bit diet control "

The key for you is probably a lot of diet control.

Take a very hard look at your diet and find the simple sugars. Replace them with complex carbohydrates and clean proteins and watch the difference!

I agree. And omega fats should promote further body fat burn also.

It could be gyno. Could an AI reverse a little puberty gyno? I think I may have a little puberty gyno myself and have wondered about using an AI to help for a while now...

yes, it can help, even eliminate it (though some cases may require combination therapy)

AI + dopaminergic being the most common with yohimburn ES for any estrogenic fatty tissue deposits.

Hi all, I don't mean to steal the original posters thread here, but I have the same problem with my chest, and when I have a feel around I can feel a lump there. Is this dangerous? Is it removable?
