It's not just the back fat, it's the back cleavage.

I remember having this pointed out to me at a fancy function when I was wearing a dress that was a little too tight around the upper torso. You know, some things you never forget!

Stopped by to say hi and hope you are having a good weekend!!! Here's another DUMB guy story for ya since we were sharing the other day... Went out with a friend last night we were talking to these guys and he says "You have soft hair, do you wanna make out now" I was like WTF... yeah guys are dumb needless to say we jetted

Hey Ladies...
What a screwed up weekend.... Mom went back into critical care and they almost lost her on friday. My sister-n-law's mother died saturday (she was only 51). Died in her sleep... My dad's B-day was also saturday. So been quite busy.
Almost broke down to the huge choclotae jar on my parents counter. My body decided it was going to have a period on top of everything. So I have been eating sugar free frozen jell-o cups, pickles, and lettuce with vinegar. Anything....
I had my Body fat done on friday and the trainer now says 23%. He was pretty excited said I had dropped 5% BF in 2 weeks. Most of the fat dropped off the subscap pinch, but my chest measurement remained the same. I also lost 1.5 inch around the waist, 1/2 inch from the thigh, 1/2 inch from the upper arm, none from the hips, and none from the calf. We had posing on thursday evening and him and the other girl just couldn't believe the change they saw within one week. They kept talking about my abs starting to poke out. Well not today!! I feel like a friggin cow. Stomach wanting to explode.
5 weeks down! Everyone have a good evening... I'll catch up on your logs at some point, hopefully!

Damn Treil. That's a rough weekend. Congrats on the bf drop and stayng out of the cookie jar. I think today (yesterday) marks our official 8 weeks out - so time to stay focused.

Hope mom is going better and hope Monday morning finds you ready to face an aweseom week!
