2nd ? What all is considered Red meat?

Red Meat

First - Red meat is rich in saturated and unsaturated fats. Also the Amino Acid profile is different that white meats.

Second - Sources of Red Meat - Cow, Human, Bison, Sheep, Horses, Bull, Tiger, Fox, Deer, etc...:p

red meat it one of the slowest releasing protiens. Maybe the slowest.. You can be releasing protein for up to 3-4 hours which is very good for bulking and cutting. Red meat combined with a good complex carb will keep you highly anabolic all day.

red meat is one of the densest sources of protein around, when going for bulk, it blows away chicken and fish
