Hi Guys,
During my cycle, my diet contains A LOT of red meat. I'm talking around 1lb of Lean beef ED!
So far, no-one commented on it, but then again they may just be looking at the macros.
I can susbstitue it out for other meals if necessray. I will just need to re-balance my macros, which as we all know can be a major pain in the ass.
This is a bulking diet for a Test-E cycle and will only last for 8 weeks.
My question is, do you think this is too much in terms of having a negative impact on my cholesterol? (Given the negative impact the Test will have on my cholesterol also)
