lol! or embarrassed....Seriously Many newer blood pressure testers (electronic sphygmomanometers) are easy to use and have digital readouts. They do not require using a stethoscope or other difficult steps.

It is a must have for everyone, High BP is a silent killer.

Ive also heard that having a high hematocrit can do this too. Never seen any evidence for this relationship though, so take it as you will. Sounds logic.

Probably not a symptom of high blood pressure, but I 2nd the checking anyways. My best guess would be that what you are on raises your metabolism, that creates heat and your body cools itself by sending more blood to the capillaries near the skin to cool itself.
