Anyone got any does/donts with Red Bull, Shark etc. (the caffien enhanced drinks)
ie is it bad / good to take it on AS, IGF/ Gh etc. bad / good when dieting or simply dont matter a hoot.
I read once is was good to take with clen but at that time there was so much bull shit going around about clen is was difficult to decise what was good or bad.
