Red, and sore in glutes after pinning.

So I injected the same site after a week when I got a lump because I didn't penetrate too deep... Glad it went away! But week after, I injected it in the same spot....Since I rotate it with quads every four days.. I guess I move and twist the needle and buried the needle deep. It's been 72 hours.. The site is sore, red and slightly warm. Should I be afraid and start going to the doctor to have it checked? The right glute is fine though..
Any help is appreciated.

Keep eye on it take ibuprofen if doesn't start get better start anti biotics

Happened the same thing to me a few times bro, no worries, it should be fine in a couple of days. What substance are you injecting ?
