Anyone here who has had gynecomastia surgery know how look it took them before they were able to get back to the gym?

I personally talked with 3 surgeons, all said the same thing, NO! It wont come back if gland is completely removed. If part of it is left in, yeah it could possibly come back. I had mine completely removed, along with lipo.. Its been almost 2 years, and im fine.. Have done 3 or 4 cycles since than too..

I heard if you get it completly removed your nipples will sink in. Do you nipples still look the same?

I guess anything is possible, but mine are fine and nothing has sunk in..

What did you pay with gyno surgery and lipo?

It took one month. I did like the painkillers...... crazy, it's kind of coming back in my left nipple but not my right so I always have to watch it. I'm thinking about getting it again and just having the whole damned gland removed.

All totalled it cost about 4,000.

My insurance paid for mine 100%.. It was $5500 total for gyno/lipo..
