recovering from back surgery

Had back surgery 24th of july, put a plate in lower back, I heard that deca helps in healing process? if true ,how long of cycle and how much? the healing is slow and I've been off work a year prior to this surgery! also I'm not trying to get back in the gym just want to get back a.s.a.p thanks to all
the dawg!
