Record the weight of the bar?

Going to start a training log for my fat a$$ but I have a question. When posting the weights for each lift should I include the weight of the bar or just the weight on the bar?

It doesn't matter as long as you're consistent. Continued progression is the goal!

If you lift it you count it. Goes for bars, collars, whatever.
