Having returned from a family holiday to visit my parents and friends, I managed to stay on track with my eating and even fit in a gym sesh. However, I haven't logged that workout.

Today was supposed to be a cardio only day but I felt like I had to lift some metal and get a pump, so I ended up having doing a push session and hit some PBs which felt great.

Multiple Workouts
My job has my time completely tied up, between juggling waking up at 3am, hitting the gym straight after work, being a parent and cooking for the family, and then to bed, I've had logging on the backburner for the last week unfortunately. Since my last log post on the 21st of June I've done the following at the gym:
June 22 - Pull Session
June 23 - Legs Session
June 25 - Upper Workout
June 26 - Lower Workout
June 28 - Push Session


Notes
I'd like to now note that my current phase of my cycle has ended, I am now entering into a 6 week health phase where I will keep my test and remove the primo. Also, I featured on the EVO Podcast and it was released over the weekend. Please give it a listen where I am on the podcast with my wife for a couples edition.

1st July Impromptu Upper Deload Workout
After some lacklustre performances in the gym and feeling flat, I have decided to have a deload week to help with my accumulated fatigue. I'll be doing this at 50% of my volume (weight). I've also introduced a small amount of Anavar to see how my body feels on it. Keen to see how it all goes.
