Recommendations for a good pct

Hey everyone, I'm 31, 185, 12% bf, currently on week 7 of a ten week cycle of 250mg test e, 100mg eq and 100mg primo. Have clomid ready for after and wondering what I could start now? And where to get them? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot

run the test e 2 weeks longer than the eq and primo,,, start pct 3 weeks after last pin of eq

EQ must be run 14 - 16 weeks. and EQ normally from 400mg/ wk. and the test should have been ran at around 500mg.

you have not even mentioned any AI's that you are using. I suggest you finish this cycle and don't star another one untill you have done more research. you are supposed to ask these questions BEFORE you start your cycle and have everything on hand.

You live and you learn. Most any of these drugs have minimum recommendations and that dose is way under for both. You would have paid less money and gotten better results by just doubling up on the test dose.

Guys thanks for the advice, feel like an idiot but now I know. Me and my buddy both did this and he said he researched this and was good. He's a really close friend so I trusted him. Thanks again guys, I'll let him know too. Appreciate all your help

better to make a 'mistake' by dosing to low then dosing too high.. no biggy really.. I do know people who run small doses of eq with almost every cycle for the little benefits it brings...

how did your cycle go results wise?

as for pct... it should be easy with those dosages which is nice.. run unleashed and post cycle and you should be fine.

yeah primo should be run 500mg per week .. you didn't have to stack eq in there either. just 500 primo and 500 test would of been a good cycle.

you should start hcg now. you can get away with just clomid since your cycle was so light though. you won't have any issues.. i would also consider a natty product .. there are several if you click my banner below.. these are quality ingredients.

next time have your pct set up, don't wait till you are almost done with your cycle to try to figure out a PCT.
