intelligent investor is good. im reading it right now. i've also picked up Security Analysis (also by ben graham.) this is supposed to be one of the best books

I strongly suggest any real estate book or course by carleton sheets. Awesome info on getting started into the real estate business. One of the few real estate gurus that actually makes sense and very easy to understand.
