Recipe for weightloss

I need to know what gear to take that will help me trim down while promoting muscle increases. Right now I weigh in at about 235 and would ultimatly like to see 210. Currently working out Five days a week, split body parts, with cardio every other day. I feel that my meal plan is pretty good, 6 small meals/replacements a day, taking in about 260g of protien and very few sugars. For about the past 4weeks I have been getting a 100mg of winstrol per week also supplementing LIPO 6.

I lost 19lbs in the first few weeks and now i have hit a plateau, is this normal or does my plan need some change..

Everyone hits plateau's... that's normal. I guarantee your diet needs to be reviewed and tweaked.
