if this gets edited, i'll understand, cuz i'm not sure what i can say here.
so i get a package sent from a web site that ships domestically.well-known guy's homepage. BD stuff, all looks good. placed order, money sent W.U. with my own name. got it in 2 days. 3 days later, the people whose address i shipped it to( with their permission,) get a call from a "narcotics agent" wanting to ask questions of the person, who wasn't there at the time of the call. he'll call back. now, have any of youse had this kinda shit happen? i mean, no record of him accepting it, no product around at all anymore, what could the charges be, if the fuckin feds decide to mess with us on this? 3 days later? freakin out here....

Bro, Federal agents don't generally call on the phone to interrogate someone. There's no point, that would just tip you off to get rid of the gear. Sounds like some silliness...

This is confusing

"wanting to ask questions of the person, who wasn't there at the time of the call."

Was that referring to you??

Agreed, Fed Agents don't call to interrogate and they don't call and leave messages either for you to return the call.

Gotta be someone dicking with you.

And if it is someone messing with you then that sucks too...NO ONE KNOWS when im getting a package...NO ONE KNOWS I order...

if the house is clean then there is nothing to worry about. Did you use your real name on the order? even if so deny, deny , deny. i wouldnt sweat it hauss.

An Agent will use the phone to call you if he knows he can't get a warrent. When he calls back ask your friend to get his phone number and they will pass it along to you. You then return his call from a safe place, like a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Be polite and as helpful as you can without being a snitch and don't admit to anything. You are just being a good citizen and are returning his call. If he asks you direct questions about AAS tell him you want to cooperate but you feel you should consult with a lawyer before answering any questions regarding any illegal activities. Don't say regarding AAS say regarding any illegal activities.

The key to all of this is you always give them something. They want to talk so give them a talk. They will feel happy that you called because they can put a paper in the file and it looks like they are working. But don't give yourself up just try to make them happy with a phone call.

It's a lot like calling a girl after the first date. It doesn't mean you are going to go out with her again but it does make her feel better.

i think itt's bullshit bro! or someone is messing with you. they don't ask questions. why would they have the phone # of the place you had it shipped to? i mean just think about it why woud they call it makes no sense

What if it was a situation where they were tracking your source? Maybe trying to use you to get to him? I dunno just throwing some ideas out there.

Sounds to me like the person that allowed you to ship gear to their house doesn't want you doing it again-so they made up some bs to make you find another person to face the risk of taking delivery next time. Trust me, the feds don't call-they show up in person w/o warning at your home or work so you have little/no time to remove your stash.

Exactly what I was thinking right on...

This makes more sense to me. I got a call to my parents house when I was in college after a grey market was busted in the 90s. They probably sold me clenbuterol or something. If you've read Rick Collins book, there is such thing as a knock and ask without a warrant.

Just ignore it. They aren't going to come after you for not calling are they? Are they? Is this illegal? Can they do that? LOL...

Yep, nothing better than showing up at work at the gym and having a DEA agent walk in 5 minutes later asking for you by name. That really scored me points with the boss. Not! The DEA guy had nothing on me-other than testimony from busted dealers saying I was a great customer. lol He pulled me aside, asked me the usual questions, and I denied everything. He probably was hoping I'd say something stupid and incriminate myself somehow just to get him to leave. I had friends that were busted yrs earlier, so I knew to keep quiet/deny everything. Anyway, he gave me his biz card and told me to call him if I hear of anyone that's dealing. Yeah, right.

What I wanna know is what the people that accepted delivery got out of accepting your package? Did you pay them? Or are you just so awesome that people should risk their asses for you for free?

If it's the later, I'd bet you $100 that they wised up. Now they're making up stories, so you won't ask them to do it again. Honestly, if these people were that great of friends of yours, you wouldn't want them taking the risk anyway-especially for free!

Yeah, so like a dumbass people will invite them in so they can scan your place for anything somewhat incriminating that will give them probable cause to search w/o a warrant. When you deny them entry they try to scare you by asking what you're hiding. That's your cue to slam the door in their face.

A phone call won't do much for them-unless they already have a warrant for your arrest and they're checking to see if you're home before they kick your door in.

It sounds like he accepts orders from people, not having the goods. Gives them an outrageous price and orders much cheaper from his source and just has his source send it to the other people. this would eliminate any risk to him. Kinda shady if you ask me.

You are right, bro. They are mother fuckers, no doubt. But until you've been through it once already or are forewarned and have a lot of balls, they will intimidate you into giving your "consent" to look around.

I'd say fuck all that shit. I would play dumb as Corky Thatcher on this one. Identity theft is big money today, I'd play that shit.

I agree 110% that the person whos home it was sent too does not want any more packs going there anymore, think about it, its easier for them to make something up and scare the shit outta you rather than say no more packs to my home please??? Think about it.....They will never ever ever call first, let me say one thing, when shit like this happens you can count on you being safe and in the clear, its when everything seems fine and dandy then they come kick your door in when your taking a shit at 2am, thats when you should worrry bro. Dont sweat this shit, its no doubt 110% bullshit. Also a big big big pointer, dont ever ever rely on someone taking the pack for you, for many reasons, one being what if they got a CD and you never knew it and they took the pack and got pinched, your ass would be set up in a heartbeat to save their asses, trust me. Also another reason is knowone should ever know you are expecting a pack.......

nailed it

Remember: keep your mouth shut, dont lie.

Dont lie to cops, it will only make them go after you harder if they catch you in a lie.

Do you bros think it's wrong to have your package shipped to your girls house? Just hypothetically speaking ofcourse, if the feds or anyone did show up to her pad...her place would be totally clean and she could totally deny all knowledge of the package.........good or bad idea?

IMO bad. I would not put my girl at that risk. or through that even if they could not prove anything

you are either REALLY DUMB or just plain stupid. Cause your story doesn't add up. Either you are misunderstanding what has happened to you or you arent telling somewthing

Bad idea-all liability will ultimately fall on whoever's name is on the lease/mortgage-potentially costing them thousands of dollars in legal expenses to defend-unless of course you fess up to keep them out of trouble?which will then be a slam dunk case against you for the prosection. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. Go directly...

My question is that since Feds DO cruise this website and most likely are members (some of them) why the hell are you posting on here? Get clean and dont talk to anyone! Dont let them come in your pad without a search warrant and its your legal right that if you dont want to talk to them then you dont have to.

K to you, great call

I think that your just getting jerked around by your friend. If your ever confronted by an "agent" keep your mouth shut. When your mouth opens the only thing that should come out of it is I want an attorney. At that point they can not question you unless you waive that right. If they had you for any thing they would have done a controlled shipment on you. If your really worried just keep your stuff of premises and then they do not have shit.

Why the hell would anyone accept packages for someone else and put themselves in danger? Besides what do you say when they ask you why packages addressed to you are going to your friends house?

why dont you get a blood test done, through a legiable company than you can get your script with your name on it. (cost a little more) but you dont have to worry about losing money or sending it to someone else, or worry about sweating bullets because the feds are coming to get you. (dont screw around with mail orders and you wont have to go through this crap.

first, thanks 4 all the replies. that's why i like this site.
second, stand down, gents. the fucker WAS an agent. the thing was, he was just calling asking for donations for his anti-drug program!! what kind of timing is that?
i had it sent to his place because he would have total deniability(or so i think.won't happen again 4 sure), and the postal guy just leaves shit on the steps, kinda half-assedly.
so now i gotta go pick up my stash from 2 different dead drops, and some suspicious fucker was hangin around one today. the funniest/scariest thing was my guy did a panic clean-out of his place, and on the way to another house, his car almost broke down. some cop would've come along and oops! hooked up on various drug and gun felonies. all cuz of a misinterpreted phone call. fuck, i feel like those bumbling black guys in the movie SNATCH!

Someone is messing with ya bro. Maybe the people you had it shipped to just thought it would be a good prank to pull on you for a few days.

Shit don't make sense! They let you have the gear. What, are they just making sure that you got it or something. I call bullshit. Someone is f*&#ing with you bro. Think about it. The feds aren't going to just let you recieve scheduled narcotics and then give you a call to ask you questions about it. I wouldn't sweat it. You got your gear use it and be happy. If the feds thought a package you got in the mail had gear in it, you wouldn't have got it.

People here are right the wont give you warnings they will call straight away but if you order stuff do small quantities ie for personal use only then it will be cut and dry.
Always use your head!!!!!!!!
