recieved mail-order gear, then got a call from the feds!

What if it was a situation where they were tracking your source? Maybe trying to use you to get to him? I dunno just throwing some ideas out there.

Sounds to me like the person that allowed you to ship gear to their house doesn't want you doing it again-so they made up some bs to make you find another person to face the risk of taking delivery next time. Trust me, the feds don't call-they show up in person w/o warning at your home or work so you have little/no time to remove your stash.

Exactly what I was thinking right on...

An Agent will use the phone to call you if he knows he can't get a warrent. When he calls back ask your friend to get his phone number and they will pass it along to you. You then return his call from a safe place, like a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Be polite and as helpful as you can without being a snitch and don't admit to anything. You are just being a good citizen and are returning his call. If he asks you direct questions about AAS tell him you want to cooperate but you feel you should consult with a lawyer before answering any questions regarding any illegal activities. Don't say regarding AAS say regarding any illegal activities.

The key to all of this is you always give them something. They want to talk so give them a talk. They will feel happy that you called because they can put a paper in the file and it looks like they are working. But don't give yourself up just try to make them happy with a phone call.

It's a lot like calling a girl after the first date. It doesn't mean you are going to go out with her again but it does make her feel better.
This makes more sense to me. I got a call to my parents house when I was in college after a grey market was busted in the 90s. They probably sold me clenbuterol or something. If you've read Rick Collins book, there is such thing as a knock and ask without a warrant.

Just ignore it. They aren't going to come after you for not calling are they? Are they? Is this illegal? Can they do that? LOL...

Yep, nothing better than showing up at work at the gym and having a DEA agent walk in 5 minutes later asking for you by name. That really scored me points with the boss. Not! The DEA guy had nothing on me-other than testimony from busted dealers saying I was a great customer. lol He pulled me aside, asked me the usual questions, and I denied everything. He probably was hoping I'd say something stupid and incriminate myself somehow just to get him to leave. I had friends that were busted yrs earlier, so I knew to keep quiet/deny everything. Anyway, he gave me his biz card and told me to call him if I hear of anyone that's dealing. Yeah, right.

What I wanna know is what the people that accepted delivery got out of accepting your package? Did you pay them? Or are you just so awesome that people should risk their asses for you for free?

If it's the later, I'd bet you $100 that they wised up. Now they're making up stories, so you won't ask them to do it again. Honestly, if these people were that great of friends of yours, you wouldn't want them taking the risk anyway-especially for free!
