Suppose more a question for those that blast and cruise...

What is the optimal way to handle your cruise to clean out your system if at all and prime yourself for the next blast phase? i know right up there will be time, but other than that what do you do yourselves?

I run milk thistle now throughout anyways and i am starting cranberry extract for kidneys.

Spending alot of my time on cruise now really improving my health, diet wise, traiing wise etc wwhich i will admit is a change for me, usually after a hard cycle with diet and training i lose focus on cruise, but i am determined now to go into my next blast phase in thre best shapepossible health wise etc

Any suggestions and tips etc during this phase to mmaximise your time "off" other than tight diet and training?
