Did you develop that build playing football or did it result more from BBing?

all the training i've ever really done has been geared towards football. but bbing is getting more and more apealing to me.

First off....don't listen to the previous advice...DO NOT eat everything in sight...you'd be doing yourself a huuuge disservice.

You have an incredible foundation to build on and you're only 23....your bbing future could be bright. But, gain the right weight. Dont get sloppy just to add bulk.

I would like to know if you have any bbing goals? If you do, eat a ton of the correct food. I can just see it from these pictures...you WILL respond quicker than most to a clean diet.

I always crack up when I see pictures of amateur guys who sacrifice their body and get heavy and sloppy because it's the "offseason". What the hell is the offseason for these guys. Were mostly talking about people who compete on a very scat basis. The term offseason gets thrown around way too often. C'mon, I mean did the best bodybuilder of all time, Arnold, ever look like the Michelin Man when he had a lull between shows...of course he didn't. I truly believe bbing is a sport and a lifestyle, and it's a rush challenging yourself day in and day out with diet and training...it's only for a select few.

I want to also make it clear that this post is non-steroid related. I believe in adding the right juice, and the right amount to your regimine.

What a great reply.. it is so true you have to build the foundation first prior to loading up. Muscle maturity is very important and so is clean food for growth. I've always believed the body is more efficient when you maintain an average of 8% (for a male). It seems a good range off season to keep a nice look yet still enough BF to build muscle. Well, whatever you choose to do lefler - good luck!
