First of all, stop chiming into business that isnt yours. Second of all, if you are an ENDOMORPH, then no, you will not be able to get cut/ripped/shredded. No matter how you train or eat. That is what I said. It's true if ya had any clue. Go to bed.

Are you saying that an enodmorph cannot shread or cut? That F**kin sucks if that is the case. I am the worst kind of endo. Where did you hear/learn that? Any way you could point me to the material so I could become a bit more enlightened? Any help would be cool.

Here's a quote from "Heathcheck". Notice the bottom statement!

i am an endomorph and have gotten shredded down. it's through proper diet, training, and supplementation. you have no idea what your talking about so please do not attempt to tell me what i am. i am an extremely hard working endomorph who proved your baseless theory wrong.

sorry, your wrong here. i am what i am, i just decided to change that over the course of a few years.

all your theory sounds like is an excuse thicker people can use to hide their inadequate diet and training. like i said, i decided to do something about my former fat ass.
 
that's where you have gotten this misinformation from. at least you quoted something, i'll give you credit for that.

it's wrong though. sorry. it took a few years, but i was able to change my body. year round dieting works. when you gain so easy, there is no real need to bulk. focus 110% on being lean and it will happen. not over night, but it will happen. good luck if you try for it, if that's your situation. if not, good luck with what ever you decide to do.
