Me and my wife watched T1 and T2 back to back a while ago and noticed Arnold is much larger in T1. You can really tell in the nude arrival scene.

I saw the 25th Pumping Iron Anniversary and Lou does a double bicep pose he still goods. Also in Canada there's a show called Off The Record that discuss sports and Lou was on he flexes a bicep at the end IMO he still looks good considering his age. He's in the new Hulk movie as a security gaurd.

Lou was born on Nov 9th 52, Arnold was born July 30th 47.

I highly doubt it's him.

1) no surgery scar as sofa astutely pointed out.
2) unlikely he's able to go from the shape "he's" in in those pictures in the speedo to the way he looks at the hummer shoot.

Probably someone that resembles Arnold.
