It is very obviously a real pic.It *might* have been altered slightly but that is Arnold all right! Look at the abs,at the arms,lshoulders,legs-everything is very obviously Arnolds bodyparts.
Ricky Wayne said Arnold used to be a sorry sight when not in training and off steroids.A shunken chest,narrow shoulders, etc but totally fantastic just a few weeks into training.
