i read a funny article in the San Diego Union tribune yesterday about Boston (a new Charger).
It talks about this super advanced $200k a year nutrition system that Boston is on and claims that that and good training is why he is the way he is; it does a pretty good job of selling that BS.
However, when you eliminate genetics as a variable, and maximize someones training, and they eat well... you're gonna essentially maximize that athlete. Such is why you have top athletes in power sports from poor countries like Cuba, et al, that in no way support atheletes on ultra advanced nutrient monitoring or whatever and they compete and often beat wealthy countries like the US. Throw in a little bit of Juice and the athlete can go even further...
Anyway combine this with the weak steriod testing policy in the NFL.....
and combine it with the that same article that says Boston "says he will do whatever he can to help the team win a championship."
AND quotes Kwamie Lassiter, a former cardinal teamate, now a charger saying, "He's going to sell his soul to make a play and help this football team."
puhlease. He's going to sell his soul but he won't take steriods!
