I have spoken w/ Charles about his traing w/ David Boston. Boston does a ton of work for his quads and posterior chain. He can incline 425, and I believs his squat and deads are somewhere around the mid to high 5's. He was unofficailly clocked in @ a 4.27 40 yard dash.
AS far as the size of his legs go, it seems that many AFrican American athletes that participate in sports that require a lot of running, have a difficult time adding or even maintaining size on their legs. This is just my own observation.
Why is everyone questioning if his size is an advantage or not? Has anyone here ever seen Boston throw a block? If you have, then you would see where the mass benefits him. Not tomention what a physical reciever Boston is, and how he sues his body to get to the ball.
