Reason why i dont take roids, clen

always said i was gonna be a natural. Now that i have 2 bottles of clen, one bottle of t3 and possibly getting some juice soon, how am i supposed to come to terms that i could of done this a long time ago. Kind of pissed i didnt take it ten years ago since my lifts 5 years ago where on pro level and could of been even better.

Also does anyone know what your heart rate is supposed to say when walking on the treadmill. I put my hands on the treadmill area where you wrap your hand around it and it says 110 usually

I dont trust the treadmil, I would use a heart monitor instead. Usually at gyms, you can get this sort of info for free. I dont know your health condition so I am not going to give opinions on your heart rate.

Also, I dont know you age but I assume that you have your prioritites straight now. For me, I waited until I was 39. By this time, I had read, learned, and had a great foundation as a natural lifter. I was also able to understand what it takes to have a suitable diet all year round. Dont ponder instead thank yourself for waiting as long as you did.

Yep,you should'nt juice anyway until you've reached your natural potential.
Congrats bro,,,you did it right.

DONT TRUST THE TREADMILL, THE HEART RATE MONT. ARE F*&%&@ JUNK BRO...

A good standard for your max heart rate is 220 minus your age...

So you can do your cardio around that....

I'm in that category, too. I just started using gear after I turned 40 last summer. But I used my 30's to build a great foundation and I know my body well now. I eat right most of the time and can stay lean on diet alone.

Totally happy with how things turned out!
