really sore after first injection

hey guys i just took my first shot of sust 250 last night starting my first cycle and my ass is extremly sore today i am sure this is pretty normal but figured i would ask if there were any ways to help the soreness thx alot any posts r appreciated...

Not anything that is going to take it away. Switching off with heat & ice will help a bit.

Please tell me you didn't use the 20gauge needle that comes with the sust redijects. That might be your problem.

If you did, get some smaller gauge needles. 23gauge - 1 1/2 inch would be good if your gonna stick with just glute shots.

The other possibility is that you get sore from the propionate which is in the sust. It bothers some people and dosn't bother others. It'll pass soon though.

thx man and yes i am using 22 gauge 1 1/2 inch and yeh i am plannin on stikin to glute shots but thx for the help hopefully this goes away...

Super tech good call I also find alternating hot and cold is the best.But bro your sticking a needle into your body your going to get use to it eventually but there will probably always be a little sorness.thats just part of the game we play.

hey i just wanted to thank all of u guys for your help i have been soooo sore the last couple of days and i start football today (mon) and i was prayin it would all end by then so last night i alternated from hot and cold paks then later had my grl rub it a lil for me and i woke up this mornin feeling great so thanx alot guys i really appreciate the help i am off to football practice thanks again lata

Glad to hear that you got it sorted mate

My 1st Sust injection (Thurday) went sweet as a nut.

Hot shower before hand, then injection then massaged my leg then worked out. Not much sorness the next day.

My second was a killer (Saturday), cound not hardly walk yesterday and still limping like hell today, yet i did everything the same.

I seriously hope that's college football practice & not high school. If it is high school you are way too young to be messing with sust or any AS for that matter.
