the lower abdomin is the killer, thats the tire!
anyone plz help!!!
i've heard do the exersize till you fail. Or do lots of Cardio, running cycling... etc
someone plz help! lol

The key to getting a six pack is diet, diet, and diet. All the crunches in the world will not work if your diet is not clean.

On most males the abdominal fat is the last to go. Some people are simply very predisposed to it. To get there the fastest there a few good things to have:

1) A nutricious diet where you are consuming less than you require. It generally helps people to keep carbs to a minimum especially late in the day. Protein is very hard to metabolize into fat and the process eats up the majority of its available calories so by the time you do store it - there's not much left. Don't worry so much about fat from the protein foods (but do worry about frys and donuts).

2) A good workout (if you are asking a spot reduction question it is safe to assume your's needs improvment). Read the links in this post: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showpost.php?p=4361413&postcount=4

3) Reasonable conditioning level. Do some type cardio (I'll get more specific in a minute so keep reading). For fat burning purposes it is most effective if done first thing in the morning before any food is taken in. Caffein will also help mobilize fat so 2 cups of black coffee 10 minutes before doing it works well it you are a stimulant fan. As far as the nature of the exercise - to be honest, sprinting done in intervals is the best. Look at a sprinter, muscular and ripped, that's how you want to look. Look at a long distance runner, higher body fat than a sprinter and very little muscle. Their bodies reflect the activity. So sprint, walk back, sprint, walk back. Try to run on grass or a track. There are lots of good program on the net that I'm sure a search would turn up. If you elect to use a stationary bike or even swim, apply the same process and go hard for X secs/laps, slow, hard and so on.

well thanks.. i'll try to use some of the info.

even in my younger teens, very athletic...i've always had this little issue
thin guy.. but a little tummy.. go figure lol

Yeah diet and cardio is key as said in the above posts but carbs are important too. Dont eat pasta or white bread they will bloat you and retain water. Drop sets are also good to burn calories and harden up the muscle. Just remember when you are tired just push yourself more that is where you will make your gains it is that simple.

Good Luck

.. so honestly... thats supposed to be the key?
never worked for me lol

.. what about workouts to isolate the core? how would u guys do the sets? to fail?.. or like any other exersize?

I'll be more direct than my original post. There is no such thing as spot reduction for fat. There are areas that contain more fat on the body but there is no way to target a specific area. Core work is always helpful for general health but in reality it can actually make someone look fatter (not a valid reason for avoiding it) because a more solid abdominal wall will effectively push the fat outside the abdominal cavity (my own word - not sure if it's the right one). For males the abdominal fat tends to be the first to come and the first to go. A minority of the male population carries their fat on their legs instead. From your comments (i.e. a clue to your genetics), you might find that your overall bodyfat must be very very low before your abdominals become visible by minmizing the fat. That's a lifestyle/diet change that you will have to decide whether it is worth it to implement over the long term. As one gets older it is harder and harder to loose this fat.

Your best and only real course of action (that doesn't involve deluding yourself with gimicks and other completely worthless dietary supplements and creams) is to follow the points in my post above.
