Really bad acne off-cycle.

Has anyone here experienced really bad acne on their shoulders while off-cycle.

Its at the stage where i am going to have to get medical advice ...but if anybody has had this and knows how to treat it chime in.

I have been off for 5 months now and dont want to start another run until i have this sorted.

bro i went to a dermatologist - put me on all kinds of anti-biotics and topical creams with antibiotics in them but apart from lots of salt water and solarium, he said I would ahve to either a) stop juicing (yeah right) or b) go on roaccutane - if its as bad as you say or even if its not that bad but wont go - roaccutane WILL work. and you wont get it again. Iv had many friends on it - they say the sides arent as bad as people make them out to be - its more just dry lips - however don't do it in summer.

Anywho good luck brother - its a bitch! work so hard on your body then don't wanna show it off!

Yeah mate - and if you get treated with it once - my dermotologist said it should never come back again. However your going to have to consult him as to whether you can still run a cycle - im pretty sure you probably cant - and whilst on roaccutane you have to have monthly blood tests. Its pretty hardcore!

Everyone says it can be a nightmare but everyone I have spoken to seems to think the side effects are completely manageable. Having said that Im sure many people can attest to bad experiences.

Your derma will prescribe you accutane after a blood test which is good to get a blood test anyways. I took accutane when I was 23 and it was the only thing that ever worked and I was so happy when the acne was ALL gone. The sides I got were dry lips and skin but not too bad, it was well worth it. I wouldn't cycle until your accutane course is all over. Just eat clean and continue with a solid workout routine while on the medication. Good luck bro

In all seriousness I get bad acne off cycle, it's because your test levels are not regulated. Happens to me when they rise and when they fall. It should go away once you level out.

Yes you have to be off cycle during your accutane treatment. They blood test you monthly and the treatment lasts for about 5-6 months.

I do not care about the blood test at all. I am wondering if there is any issue with taking gear while taking accutane? Or are you just saying 'cause of the blood test??

Does anyone know what the actual cause of "gear acne" is? I wonder if there's something that would prevent the body from doing that, like we can prevent gyno by blocking the conversion of T to estrogen?...

Pisses me off bigtime!!!! You get big but you cant take your shirt off cause you"ll scare the shit out of people!! I'm DONE with gear!! end of my dark side days.
I tried a light run at accutane last year because of the same thing and as many mnetioned, it works majically!! Nothing else works as good or fast like accutane does. topicals, antibiotics, creams, whatever did not do jackshit to the enemy zits, only accutane. I am going to start on it TODAY!! Going the same route I did last time and cleared me up like a baby's butt, though a few small sides were chapped or cracked lips, skin a little dry and cherry. Thats all the sides I got. I used liver protection everyday alongside the accutane. Lots of water also, it will dry you out. Run a light to moderate dose ED untill you start seeing the leprosy nearly dissappearing, then stop. I ran mine last time for around 4 weeks and they all died, them bastards!!!Good Luck!!

I ran it @ 40mg for 4 months. Some people might take it longer but that's all I needed. You can run Accutane while on maybe a low dose of test of course. I just wouldn't if you are doing a cycle with multiple compounds and especially NO orals. Accutane can affect your liver and lipids while running it.

i also have gone through this with one particular cycle and have some slight acne on back and shoulders right now after coming off due to levels leveling out, its tough to prevent and tough to deal with however i just purchased some acnetame from needtobuildmuscle to settle things for the next months however i ran accutane a few years ago for about 2 months (sides kinda sucked bro really chapped lips dry cherry skin possible nose bleed here and there) and even after i stopped the accutane it took a few more months to dissapate it sucks you put together a nice physique and cant even take your shirt off but anyways all in all after about 10 months total my skin was clear with again 2 months of accutane and the rest of time without cycling at all good luck mang!

it's estrogen... on proviron and test I broke out like crazy because of the uneven spikes in blood levels... on test and mast no bloat or acne difference was night and day

i have very sensitve skin and don't dare use accutane but have found that salylic acid works wonders they have the soap face wash and pads i use on my chest back and shoulders never break out anymore

+1 for accutane. I had the same problem after one of my cycles and PCT. I had insanely terrible acne on my shoulders and back, it was horrible. Went to a derm and was prescribed accutane. No more acne.

Antibiotics like that can permanently discolor your teeth plus they stop working after a while.

I would just keep cycling and not take them, then, go back and see him in a month and get accutane.

That is just marketing bro. You can by that stuff for 5 bucks without the name. ALSO... That is just a topical which is REACTIVE and not a proactive way to fight acne. Columbo has not tried
Acnetame and has decided to give it a try as the Doctor is offering him dangerous stuff first that also often does not work properly for people. Acnetame has been out since only August, BUT to my knowledge it has zero returns and plenty of people with good reviews.
