Hi mate I wonder if you could help, you seem very knowledgabl;e about topical androgens and needs some advice...

I am starting a low dose var cycle and have ordered spiro and mioxidil 5% to protect my hair...

Do I shampoo these in or leave them in my hair and how often for best protection?

I have never used minoxidil bro so I can't answer that one.

The spiro is to be rubbed into the receeding areas at the roots and left in...you do this once or twice a day.

You should check out my thread on making your own. Dr. Lee charges too darn much for his spiro IMHO.

var won't effect your hair bro you shoudl be fine.

I don't know about that one bro...if you have the genetics for male pattern baldness then any androgen , save for perhaps nandrolone, will make your hair fall. Var isn't that bad when compaired to the stronger androgens.

Thanks Relagains, unfortunately I am prone but am on propecia at the moment so can't tkae deca, I thought this would be the safest to take along with spiro minoxidil.

Would you say that is right?

Yes that would be a pretty safe choice as would primo.
