REAL quick.... what do you think the BF% is roughly?

dude, i may be asking you a lot of questions in the coming months. my body type and muscle shape is extremely similar to yours, except that you're probably much taller (i'm only 5'11" and 175 lbs) and are definitely in much better shape and MUCH bigger. you should take this as a compliment, because that avatar of yours has been giving me motivation to get my ass in shape; especially by this summer. so i'm might be askin you for some cutting advice in a couple months! lookin good man.

Good idea, I will post my diet tomorrow. thanks for the compliment. My AS history is only about 4 years long, nothing complicated and always light, always test plus EQ or deca, only once have I never went above 750mg/test per week. I have been told many times to break the 1g mark but I have had no need to since I get great results off of 750mg.

I have other pics that were taken that day but I would have to scan them and I dont have a scanner, I had a buddy scan that one for me.

Thanks again everyone for the compliments, they definately mean a lot to me, and also is getting my psyched to start cutting up again.

Well Matto, Im 5'11" as well, so no taller. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have but by no means am I any kind of guru, I had many years of trial and error and found what worked best for me, last year I felt everything was in check and I ended up looking the best I have ever looked.

machine........do keep us posted on your progress bro., I'll definitely be checking on how your diet, training, etc.... is coming along. Are you currently on anything, also how old are you?
 
Hi mate Did you only stick to incline walking for your cardio? I've heard that pushing the cardio too much is a sure way to lose muscle? Cheers
 
If anyone wants the hip lines all you have to do is twisting situps & crunches I am a Thai kickboxer and that is how you develope power in your punches. But beware if you do these while on a cycle your obliques will get big fast. I believe the lines come from the obliques tying in with the lower abs. Hope this helps.
 
Here it is....

meal1 -3/4C oats, splenda, cinn / 2 scoops protein (50g)

meal2 -10oz chicken / 2 tbsp natty PB (no carbs)

meal3 -Either another chicken meal or 10oz ground beef with chili powder/ 2 tsbp natty PB (no carbs)

meal4 -1C cooked rice / chicken
TRAIN

Postworkout -1C oats, splenda, cinnamin / 75g protein powder

1.5 hrs later - 1C rice / chicken

Meal7 -50g protein before bed

SLEEP


I use dextrose PW while bulking then switch over to oats, I felt that the dextrose was holding me back. I have tried it both ways and feel that the oats work better.
