When i started cutting up last year I was around 15-16% BF, too high for my likings but it happened. I ran a light cycle, 500mg test with 400mg EQ per week to help maintain muscle, probably could have went a little higher on the test but it worked well. I started a strict diet with low carbs consisting of only brown rice and oats and ate tons and tons of chicken. I could get more into detail with the diet if you shoot me a PM, Im too tired right now. I used a homemade ECA stack to boost metabolism. Around week 6 I added in 50mg/day of winny tabs and ran them to week 14. I added cardio in at around the same time as the winny, 30-40 mins, inclined walk on treadmill first thing in morning. I ran a short pyramid of T3 for 5 weeks but not going higher than 75mcgs because I really dont like using that stuff too much. About 3 weeks before the pics I bumped the cardio up to 30mins AM and 30mins PM which made a noticeable difference. The week before the pics I used Taraxatone to drop some water weight that I was holding from my sodium intake. Nothing too complicated, like I said I like to concentrate mostly on my diet and cardio.
Im currently back up to about 15% BF again and looking forward to starting my diet. I just pulled my pics out of the closet for some motivation. Thanks for the compliments.
