i just got some normas from a friend by a mail order from portugal...they look good except for a few..21 of the 25 he got has shiny tops with no crimp marks and has a clear fluid inside...the difference with the two aside from the dull top is the exp date..now the ones that look good say EXP then the date and the others say EX then the date..is there a difference...bob
