Real or Fake D-Bol

Hi, so my friend set me up with some D-bol. They are 50 count Orange unmarked capsules. He said he tore the russian label off so he wouldnt get caught by his parents. he got it from his dealer at the local Gym. is there anyway i can tell if real or fake? thanks alot
