Real estate is picking up here in FL

I read in the paper that Tampa and some other cities are up 15% and my sis has been seeing homes and 90% of them have sold in a matter of a week or two, things might just start picking up since FL was doing pretty bad.

it's because inventory is so low same thing is happening here in minnesota..

realtors are attempting to create hype..

you still need 10% down for an fha.. that's 20,000 for a 200,000 home...

my house just appraised for 60k more than I paid for it two yrs ago
average time on the market has remained flat at an average of 45 days

yeah...ours was a drive by appraisal...so its not like the custom baths and kitchens and flooring were included
or even the new windows, well, roof, wiring...etc etc etc
