Im 23
4 years training
194 lbs
15%body fat
diet

1. 7 egg whites omelete 2 wheat pancakes with oatmeal
2. cytogainer 54g protein
3. brown rice and 2 chicken breast
4.bowl of oatmeal and a scoop of syntha 6
go to the gym
5. cytogainer and oatmeal
6. beef pattie and potatoes
7 before going to bed 2 scoops of protein flaxseed oil and glutamine


Well and my cycle is test E and this is my problem im thinking in 250 mg for 10 weeks but i don't know if this is enough im not sure if going with 250 or 500 mg also when do I have to start using arimidex and my pregnyl? Im planning clomid 25 mg for 6 weeks post cycle what else..?
 
Is it just me or did you negate to include your height?

It should definitely be included before advice is given out on what cycle you are planning to run as well as how consistently you stick to your diet, how often you train and how you train....

Im 5'8 I traing 6 days a weeks...
monday chest
tuesday legs
wed back
thur shoulders
fri bicep and tricep
sat legs ..

And I do 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 I do 6 or 7 exercises ...
 
swap out some of your oatmeal for steak,fish,tunafish,chicken,etc. If first cycle youll be fine @ 250mg/wk.
