Ready to BLOW UP

swb1126

New member
Hi, i'm a new member to this website, and am looking for some good suggestions on how to BLOW UP. I've lifted for about 11 years, but have been natural the whole time. On top of that, I haven't been 100% dedicated; until now; I'm settled down, make the money necessary to buy what I need. I'm 5'6, 150lbs., and 9% bodyfat. I would like to get up to about 190 in the next year, and yes I know it's possible. I'm just looking for some ideas on stacks to get me started in the right direction.

satch, I'm serious!

I hope that I, too, someday can achieve that sort of size.

-M

you train hard for 11 years and you may too be 150 pounds of lean bone mass.:bawling:

Damn... guess I'm stuck here at 6'3", 275.

I figure a winter bulker may very well put me up over 3 bells again, back to the weight I was when playing football (hopefully minus a lot of the fat!).

-M

Whereas these guys are being asses, I do think they have a point. Getting big consists of 4 things(or 5 if yer not natural). They are:
1. Intense workouts
2. Consistent workouts
3. Proper Nutrition
4. Proper rest
(*5. AAS)
Most people that do not gain size while working out are usually failing on 1 or more of these. Good luck in your research.

Haven't you been banned yet, dirtyboi?

The point we were all trying to make, in no uncertain terms, is that someone who is 5'6" and 150lbs has not been lifting or eating (or both) anywhere near a point where gear would do them any good.

-M

How consistently have you been lifting for those 11 years? When and for how long have you been "dedicated"? How do you train and what's your diet like?

Oh, I'm sorry Dr. M, you apparently saw my name and didn't read my post. Banned? Why? Because ppl like you can't engage me in dialogue? Because my post makes you roll your eyes by its claim, or becuse your internet buddy decided to flame me and you had to take his back? Puhleez... that's a very weak argument for a ban.

to say that I couldn't enter into a dialogue with you because of some sort of intellectual shortcoming would be nothing short of asinine. Coming from someone who spells 'boy' as 'boi', being called stupid really hurts.

If everyone on here acted like you, we'd all be at each other's throats all the time. Someone gives a bro a bit of a hard time - nothing too serious - and you jump in like it's your business. Then, you start being an asshole.

All nineteen or so of your posts have been utterly pointless, yet you're attempting to give good bros a hard time. This, to me at least, is ridiculous.

This community thrives on goodwill and co-operation for the betterment of the bodybuilding world and the image large bros portray (including the elimination of the 'roid rage' stereotypes and so forth). Despite our very open-minded conversation with each other, we also sometimes act very guarded - almost to the point of xenophobia - when it comes to new bros. This isn't some sort of accident that developed between the time you went to bed last night and the time you decided to come to elite and stir shit up - this is a hallmark of every anabolic board worth its salt. Why? Because every bro here who's worth talking to has a very high regard for the safety and security of others, as well as his own.

Those who start conflicts, especially with virtually their first words posted (such as yourself), are very much frowned upon because they are (or may potentially be) totally counterproductive to this community and these boards.

Satchboogie and the others don't need "their online buddy" to back them up - they're quite capable of dealing with you on their own. My banning reference came because of all of the above reasons - mainly your disruptive nature, and your "fuck all of you" attitude.

Should you be banned? Probably not. Would anyone mind if you were? At the moment, I don't think so.

If you started acting like a reasonable human being, instead of pulling a 0-to-60 snapshow at the drop of a hat, would people start to listen to what you have to say? In time, almost certainly yes.

Think about it.

-M

lol this dude gets all pissed off at Dr.M, wants to use drugs and can not even respond to my basic question.

OK I gotta good one for yousince you have been so willing to learn.

10iu gh ed
1000mg test weekly
10iu slin R post cycle
1000mg deca weekly
150mg drol ed

Try this for 15 weeks and I think you may jump up to 160lbs.

swb1126, if you have not spent over 1000 hours reading these boards you have no business asking questions.

to answer the question...before posting and just taking blind advice, u need to ask yourself the question "is everything else in check" with ur bodybuilding lifestyle? AAS is certainly not the solution, only a stepping stone along the path! a myth even more false than "roidrage" and "dying at 30" is that AAS will give you the ideal physique...it will def. not if everything else is not in order...read some posts, gain some knowledge, than come back a little more educated to ask questions...if us bros are gona give u time to help you, at least take the time to gain some knowledge urself...whatever ur decision, best of luck to you!

To dawg and bicepts -

thanks for the thumbs-up, bros. Seems like you two know what this board, and the lifestyle, are all about.

-M

Thanks glenn.

Funny thing is, I believe it.

Another funny thing is, seems like it gave 'dirtyboi' something to think about, since he hasn't been back with the "in all of your faces!" attitude since.

Community? You are the dregs of such a community. There are quite a few people in the community that didn't jump on my post berating me.
I admit I got defensive. I just haven't posted much on the forums (mainly lurking) and wasn't used to taking heat. Now, I will just take it in stride because you can't ever hardly win an argument on an insult contest on the internet.

Good Luck.

You must be referring to Dr. M. He's far from the dregs of this community. He will be one of the first bros to turn around he help someone out, with solid advice, even though that person was being a complete jackass just a day before.

Don't let your two threads get to you too much, just relax let it go and move on...

See, now you're talking sense.

Hopefully this bad beginning doesn't mean that bros will hold a grudge against you for the long-term... but you're gonna have to work hard to wipe the slate clean with most of them.

It's simple bro...just don't start arguments...and here's my reasoning:
there aren't many places to turn to get quality advice and education on AAS so coming here with your attitude won't help you out...that is of course you're satisfied listening to Joe Blow Juicehead selling d-bol in the alley outside the gym to all the 16 year old posers

UD

and the original thread starter here just proves my point... this is the profile of the average steroid user who doesn't come and educate themselves on the boards or in the library(although i think a combination of both is absolutely necessary) my .02

Well thank you everyone for your positive comments...I guess I shouldn't have expected any different. To E23, who said that I knew nothing about gear? I was just posting the question because I figured that out of all you supposed experts, someone would give me a different opinion...guess not. And besides, I've weighed as much as 180lbs. before, but I just wasn't as lean as I would like to be. Thanks for all the support ladies.

swb1126 -

you're welcome for the good advice to get some muscle on your frame before using gear.

I have a good stack for you:
- some 45 lb plates, some 35 lb plates, some 25's, 10's, 5's.

- put these on bars or other lifting machinery, and cycle appropriately for 10-12 weeks.

- Repeat as necessary until you see gains.

Stack this with some food for best results.

amen! couldn't have been better said.
one more thing- get some FOOD.
man, too many noobs come on to these boards having worked out "seriously" for over 10 yrs and are still a buck fifty and then demand that someone tell them that steroids will change their physique magically. u know bros here do know what they are talking abt when they say "get ur training and eating in order first". but some of these guys just want to hear something like 8wks of sus and deca.

I am gonna have to interject here. I actually know SWB personally and he has a good physique and is pretty damn strong too. He has a very light bone structure but good muscle shape. Lets not forget My friend Jimmy Canyon won the Jr Nationals at 167# beating the super heavy that was a hard 260#! You can not always go by the numbers people. So lets try to be a little kinder in responding because someday you may be standing on stage next to SWB and he may whip your ass...then you would feel real stupid huh!

Dirtyboi, ok, I know you are catching hell already, so I won't jump on the bandwagon here. At 150 ibs, after 11 years, I suspect your diet and routine may be to blame. Post up your routine for the week, and your diet. You can easily put on alot more size without juice, and in all honesty, if you do not make the necissary changes prior to your first cycle, you will not keep the gains when you cycle off and return to what you are doing now. You'll end up at 150 ibs again. Post up the information, and I'm sure some of us will be more than happy to offer a few pointers.

Dirtyboi did not start the thread but yuou advice is sound. SWB is just an exception to the rule to an extent.
