Re-Trying First Cycle Need Input

Iv'e been working out on and off for the past 2 years... Recently (about 4months ago) I started training consistently and HARD!

I gained then lost weight.... I need SIZE and MASS,,,

So I tried taking first time cycle about 8 months ago with

1cc EQ
1cc SUS-250

SO BASICALLY 2cc together every 4 days

NOTICE HOW I SAID I TRIED!!....

After the second SHOT... I had HEART PALPUTATIONS AND ANXIETY.. FELT LUMP IN THROAT!!

PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF HERE AND HERE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS BECAUSE OF EQ

My Thyroid Function NEW T3 Was High (AFTER 2nd SHOT!!!!),,, I didnt know what was wrong... I stopped everything!!

Im thinking about retrying it...

Im thinking about just getting 2 bottles of SUS-250 and running it for about 10 weeks..

1cc every 4 days..

I DONT WANT TO HAVE ANXIETY AND HEART PALPUTATIONS WITH THIS CYCLE..

IM ALSO THINKING ABOUT HOW MUCH WEIGHT I CAN EXPECT TO PUT ON WITH THIS KIND OF CYCLE.. I FEEL IT IS VERY BASIC BUT MY QUESTIONS ARE

1) WILL IT GET ME MASS?

2) WILL IT CAUSE ANXIETY AND HEART PALPUTATIONS?

3) HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN I EXPECT TO PUT ON?

u dont need juice to put on mass....naturally u can gain fast because you are young, when i started training heavy i put on 20 pounds in 4 months time with alota food and rest so this is just something to think about dont jump on juice just because the results might come alittle faster
 
There seems to be an endless stream of you guys.

You workout for a few months REAL HARD and then you look for the easy way. Gee maybe I should use steroids, That's the ticket.

Man all you're going to do is fuck yourself up. You want to be on testosterone replacement when you are in your thirties just so you can get it up???

How about this. Train REAL HARD for ten years and then try steroids. Come back when you are thirty and ask for advice.

Right now spend your money on steak and fish. Train your ass off and eat and eat and eat. This is what will add the meat to your bones not steroids.

Yea, it never ends.
Too young, too small dude. I'm 5'10" 190 and probably could stand to wait longer before hitting the gear but Im 35 and know my body and know where Im at and decide to take the risk. And just FYI that stuff going on with your body that freaked you out is going to happen when you introduce a load of hormones into your body like that. you would have been ok if you put on your big boy underwear and rode it out. Same thing happened to me on first cycle, body adjusts and then youre ok.

I wouldnt say train for 10 years then come back. train for 2-3 years seriously and have a serious diet. once you have a different lifestyle, then aas can be used. i agree with not starting too early, but who trains for 10 years seriosuly then take aas? and it doesnt count when you were in high school doing chest 3 times a week and eating wahtever you wanted, so saying im 30 now, and ive been training since im 16 aint gonna cut it and youre only lying to yourself.

Also if EQ gave you anxiety why are you asking if it won't this time around?!?!:confused:

Try some UNLEASHED and BIG BLAST. Hell, you're even a little young for UNLEASHED.
 
I doubt the EQ gave you anxiety on your 2nd shot. It was probably just injecting yourself that made you freak out.

To answer your question, 1cc of Sust every 3 or 4 days will definitely give you added size. But you are young and it seems like you are still new to the game. I'd work on compound lifts and getting a sick diet together. After a year, you can always jump on the juice if you like. But you should make great gains by doing this.

Here's someting that might help you out!

You need to eat...

You'll need to buy a weight gainer to add the extra cals you'll need. You need at least 3500 cals a day at your weight.

You'll also need to take at least 150 gms of protien per day. No exceptions! W/ out it (protien) you simply will not grow. It's that simple.

Buy some creatine and some glutimine... 5 gms of creatine a day and 10 grams of gutimine a day. Some will say more, but that enough given your weight. You will also get it from food sources.

Do NOT overtrain!! More isn't better! One body part per wk is fine.

This is wat my wk looks like:

Mon. I teach Jits for 2.5 hrs.
Tues. Chest and Bi.
Wed. Teach again.
Thurs. Legs (big day)
Fri. Back and Tri.
Sat. Shoulders, forarms and core.
Sun. Church :)

Body Building can be and usually is a very expensive hobby...

If you follow my advice an dget your self some good suppliments and eat like a crazy mofo and stick to a routine for 8 wks you will grow. After 8 wks. you can change it up or keep it the same.. And don't be afraind to ask guys at the gym for advice.. Most ppl are more then happy to help.

Read the directions on the creatine bro.. You'll need 5gms a day everyday!. go get yourself some Glutimine powder and take 10 grams a day. 5 gms in the morning and 5 before bed.

Also buy a wieght gainer / protien powder..
