by "dripped" do you mean a small bit...if so then no you dont need to jabb again, this is common..i think i bleed a little every other injection..its normal.

The blood is actually most likely oil just tinted with blood. Gotta pull the pin out super slow in the delt to make sure the pin hole closes up behind the tip when you are withdrawing it, otherwise the pressure from the oil injected forces it out.
