raw oatmeal or flavored oatmeal?

I will include oatmeal 7 days a week in my breakfast once I start my diet, my questions is if flavored oatmeal
could slow down my weight loss process and instead just consume raw oatmeal, but as you all know it taste like crap, thank you.
 
I get these for pennies on the dollar, super cheap..

Raw oatmeal. If you want to add some sweetness or flavour, add in stevia, cinnamon, frozen berries etc.

Way healthier then those flavoured oatmeal packets that are full of sugar
