old, schmold...some 20-something broad that lives up the road from me almost ran over my mailbox last summer when i was out front cleaning up the flower beds with no shirt on...i can live with that.

Smart......hmmmmm. Intelligence is less important than people skills. Abilitycto cooperate is a strong determinate of success. One would be much better off with a modest intellect and strong interpersonal skills than the obverse.
Resourcefulness seems key and of course there are several modalities of intelligence. High verbal intelligence would prolly provide the best utility.
