I was hoping some of you could give some feedback on my current supplement stack. This is in addition to my 6 meals each day. I typically only spend my money on proven supplements rather than junk science like prohormones, but I am giving the Phyto-Testosterone/Dermacrine stack by Primordial Performance a fair shot because of their good reputation here.

I guess what I'm loking for is any info about supplements that could greatly improve this stack that I may not be aware of. Nitric Oxide is one that I am considering. Also, I am currently in a maintenance phase with creatine which is why I am only taking 5g per day.

Wake-Up:
Multi-Vitamin
Egg Protein (22g)
L-Glutamine (5g)
Phyto-Testosterone
Dermacrine

Pre-Workout:
Whey Protein (24g)

Post-Workout:
Whey Protein (24g)
L-Glutamine (10g)
Creatine (5g)

Bedtime:
Multi-Vitamin
Caesin Protein (24g)
L-Glutamine (5g)
Phyto-Testosterone

Looks pretty close to what I'm doing....I tend to double my whey protein post-workout, so in your case, 48g. I'd go for it...if you're lifting hard, your body will love you for it. Other than that, your 6 meals should give you what you need.

Your protein probably has BCAA's in it...check if it does though. If not, you may want to consider throwing that in your protein shakes. 5g per serving would be ideal, but even 2.5g would be ok.

All in all...6 meals a day + your supplement routine = pretty darn good.

I appreciate the advice on the BCAAs. That was one of the other supplements aside from Nitric Oxide that I was considering. And after doing some research on NO, I think it's probably a waste.

no is not a waste, it gives you good stamina while in the gym, especially for us people who work, it gives pumps, makes you focused, your able to lift longer and keep a steady pace of mind.. only sides is maybe acne and insomnia for some..

with your protien id also double the serving of the protien before and after your workouts if your lifting hard...

Only slight variation I could see to be effective is the creatine pre and not post for 2 reasons the creating in combination might restrict full uptake of one or the other and 2 because the creating is most effective with restoring ATP (energy) for in the gym lifts.

Last minor thing is if your vit is a multi you really only need it once a day generally other than that it's solid.

BCAA's are good to have if you are not getting htem in your shakes agrining is another solid amino.

I take Multi-Pro 32X by AST for my multivitamin. For that, it is suggested to take one in the AM and one in the PM. As for creatine timing, I used to take it before and after my workouts, but I have read a few articles recently that suggest only taking it after.

http://www.creatinemonohydrate.net/creatine_doses.html#Creatine Information 7

Scroll to about the middle of the page and read the section "WHEN TO SUPPLEMENT" which is the third paragraph under the Dosing Table.

Multi great as suggested Mine is once a day long acting time released.

Take creat after if you'd rather I just know hwo the chemical composition works from my degree in nutrition and personal training certs in supplementation and physical fitness.

but articles work too

Well the people who write these articles (at least the one's that I'm referring to) aren't exactly ditch diggers...
