Rate Cyle Choice For First Timer

After doing some research I have chosen this combination to acheive the following goals:

1. Gain muscle and size
2. Fat Loss
3. Hardness

This would be my first time so I decided to go with these this since they have relatively low side effects.

Primobolan Depot 200mg/week for 8 weeks
Winstrol Depot 400mg/week for 8 weeks
Sustanol 250 250mg/week for 8 weeks
Clenbuterol post 8 weeks

On a scale from 1 to 5

Primobolan gets 3 for strength gains, 3 for weight gain, 1 for Fat Loss, 2 for Side effects and 3 for keeping gains.

Winstrol get 1 for strength, 1 for weight gain, 2 for fat loss, 1 for side effects and 4 for keep gains

Sustanon gets 4 for strength, 4 for weight gain, 1 for fat loss, 3 for side effects and 2 for keep gains

Clenbuterol gets 4 for fat loss, 1 for side effects


So how would you rate this cycle for a first timer on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest and 1 the lowest.

I don't think it's too bad at all. You seem to have done your research, good job.

Members are going to tell you to do more sus but I think the way you've got it worked out 250mg/wk should be enough. 250mg/wk on top of everything else you've got down is fine
 
Save some money and exchange the primo for some deca or EQ. Up the sust to 500.

Cycle would than look like this

deca or EQ 400 mg/week weeks 1-8
winny 50 mg/ eod weeks 1-8
sust 500mg/week weeks 1-8

clomid week12-14


Make sure you have clomid post cycle, and your protein intake is elevated. You should do quite nicely.

My humble opinion:

Since it's your first cycle I would say that your sust is fine at that dose and a great choice. In your first cycle you don't need large amounts of juice to get the effect. I'm assuming that lean BM is more important to you than overall size so Winny is a great choice as well but I would also agree to change the primo to maybe EQ. That will give you great vascularity and hardness and better gains I think. Good luck and good research too by the way, nice to see.
 
experiensed bro's were tellin me i would be happier with 750 test instead of 500/test400deca,,,,,,,,,,,they all said skip the deca an up the test
 
Current stats? Current exercise program? Diet? Experience? lifts?

Plans for exercise while on? Diet while on?

Nobody can properly help you without all these answers.
 
i gained a total of 20lbs lost 5 after cycle,
i say 12 pounds very solid. only incresed bodyfat% by 1%
no side effects. excellent strenght.
bench press incresed by 35lbs squat by 50lbs.

the only thing i can that was bad is that most of gains where on my legs, chest.
some on shoulders and back but nothing on my arms
 
Thanks guys for the advice. Eq was the other possibility that I was thinking. In regards to the Sustanon I decide 250 since I thought that the rest for being a first timer was enough. I can always increase it on the next cycle. Decided Sus over Test because Sus doesn't make you look as much like a bloated fish that Test does plus Sus being 4 compound has less effects than the Test and gives you just as good of gains. Yes I am a tad more interested in Lean Body Mass Muscle than super gain right out of the gate. Clomid I will probably do for a two week period starting at 100mg for the first couple of days then taper it off to 50mg for the remainder.

Well I don't want to get too huge too quick. At 5'5" this little Irish/French Canadian guy would not be able to fit into anything. Just kidding. Well I have been lifting for a few years. I was a gymanst for many years. So I have quads of 24", 16.5" calves and bi's and 41.5 chest, 33"waist and weight fluctuates between 170-180 pounds. I will be eating 5 meals a day, I tried 6 but doesn't work well. Not much a veggie guy so more of carnivore type. Can't get enough of lean meat. Weaknest is low fat cheese and milk. Well I presently work out 3-4 times a week and cardio (my weak link 2-3 a week for 30min). Probably increase it to 5 0r 6 times a week. Does this info help in giving me advice?:)
