Rash 3 days after first injection

I Got a rash on my traps 3 days after starting my first cycle of sust250 500mg/w split into two shots. I feel a bit feverish aswell. Coincidence or bad reaction to gear? Any reason to be alert? It basically looks like a giant mold.. Not sure what to make of this, thanks. The sus is ug, btw. But Apparently good stuff.
