south africa has turned into a complete mess ever since the apartheid ended! i'm not saying the apartheid was right, by any stretch of the imagination, but having their pro-marxist, corrupt leaders running the show over there sure didn't help things out.

stop blaming the problems of the world on the US.

since the US and its allies supported apartheid, what would you expect. Of course they would have people like that prominantly within the ANC, because he soviets were the only one's who would support them in their struggle.

And given how many African countries were stable, communist/socialist and then had there leaders overthrown by CIA intervention with tinpot US backed dictators during the old war, ho can you say the US has not had a negative influence in that continent? Why do you think Tony Blair refers to Africa as 'a scar on the concience of the west'? The remnants of the cold wars effects are still being seen today, there are still on-going wars in Africa and it is irresponsible at best for the west to turn its back on them

We, America, are not responsible for every other culture/country out there. When we first came to settle the colonies, do you think anyone was guiding us every step of the way?
America has to learn to stop trying to always solve other countries' problems.
We have already done more than our share to TRY to help these people, as well as other cultures. It's not our fault if they don't see the error of their ways, or refuse to be helped altogether.

This story is fucked up. You think after so many years they would have the common sense(logic-is that forbidden?) to realize that what they are doing ISN'T WORKING.
If they are not willing to learn the correct way to practice medicine, quarrantine them. Their "traditional" medicine is certainly not worth ruining other peoples' lives for.
