This is no worse than the guys who...
do barbell curls and bring the weight all teh way to their chin, or better yet the guys who get on a preacher bench, which is designed to force proper form, do not lay their arms flat against is, and lean back on eavey rep, never going all the way down at the bottom, but bringing the weight up to 90 degrees where there is NO stress on the bicep any more, and then hold it for a once count there... then wonder why they have 16" arms after 5 cycles.
I also love the guys who bench, bounce the bar off of their chest, then lift their ass 2" off of the bench in order to help get the weight moving and just as the enerta slows down, their spot grabs to help with the lockout.
I try to play form coach if I am working out right by any one of these jackasses, simple because watching their shitty form that will never add any size to them distracts me so much that it reduces the effectiveness of my own sets.
