Don't you just hate it when the guy on the other side of the lat pulldown tower is using sooooo much momentum that your station starts to shake?

I could have fucking killed that sissy ass momentum using SOB today.

Yep...Its just annoying when hes leaning so far back and using so much momentum that his lats are the last muscle getting worked.

...especially when that guy isn't even working the intended muscle, but he is grunting so loud that it sounds like he is going to have a baby or sh*t himself, whichever comes first.

I bet he is the same guy that is always wondering why his back hurts. He just cant figure it out since he works out his back really hard.

I just wonder who he is trying to impress?

Its funny you should say this I was watching a chunky guy last night in the gym, I thought to myself hes lifting a pretty decent weight there. I then came round and noticed he was swinging like a monkey. He was an older guy aswell and his poor back wont put up with that for long, I was going to go over and say something but thought whats the point hell not listen.
 
I laugh when I see people doing that. Everyone is to concerned with how much weight they are throwing around. I like to concentrate on te movement and then squeezing the muscle. I hate it when your on the lat machine and your in the middle of your set and then jackass drops the weight and it feels like a friggin earthquake and then he gets up and lokks around like he's Mr. Olympia.

I so want to get up and smash a 45 pound plate over his head!!
 
This is no worse than the guys who...

do barbell curls and bring the weight all teh way to their chin, or better yet the guys who get on a preacher bench, which is designed to force proper form, do not lay their arms flat against is, and lean back on eavey rep, never going all the way down at the bottom, but bringing the weight up to 90 degrees where there is NO stress on the bicep any more, and then hold it for a once count there... then wonder why they have 16" arms after 5 cycles.

I also love the guys who bench, bounce the bar off of their chest, then lift their ass 2" off of the bench in order to help get the weight moving and just as the enerta slows down, their spot grabs to help with the lockout.

I try to play form coach if I am working out right by any one of these jackasses, simple because watching their shitty form that will never add any size to them distracts me so much that it reduces the effectiveness of my own sets.

BBF i used to try to teach those that i saw using absolute horrible form..but no one listens so i keep to myself unless someone asks me for help.. One time a couple of months ago i had to this kid next to me was doing deads.. skinny no build but whatever at least hes doing them..anyway no warmup puts 250 or so on the bar and proceeds to pull with the most rounded back i have ever seen..not to mention the weight was too heavy he couldnt lock it out. he did about 2 sets of 3 then i just had to say something because my spine was hurting just watching him lol
 
my favorite are the guys who try to squat WAY too much and only go about
1/3 of the way. Then their excuse is that they can't go down all the way because
they have bad knees. I wanna say, "hey jackass take about 4 of those plates off so
you can actually handle the weight and do them the right way".

ohh yes thats a good one.. i actually saw someone set the pins practically under their arm pits for squats????? 225 on the bar.. i was like wtf??????????
