Its been a while and there have been some serious changes since the last post, what do you guys think are the top 3 in each weight?

This is the only one I disagree with - Hughes beat Penn the last time they fought and it wasn't a fluke so I'd swap them.

Isn't Penn 0-2 since his return to the octagon? He really shouldn't even be ranked in the top 3. If sheer talent is factored in possibly, but he hasn't won a fight in the UFC since January of 2004.

He hasn't won a match in the UFC in over 3 years. Who has he beat recently? I rank people based on who they have beaten, not who they have lost to.
