Ya I know my shirts on....I got blasted for my previous posts. :D Just felt like posting a picture.

Mid cycle right now...5'9" 184lbs. First cycle I ended up at 187...then dropped to 182. This cycle has been quite a ride...fighting depression and some other issues....but my strength has been through the roof although I am only 2lbs heavier. I've lost quite some fat and water then when I ended on my first cycle.

U look pretty well proportioned in your upper body, although it is hard to tell with you shirt on. You have a similar structure to mine - I'm 5'10" with about the same shoulder width, bone thickness, etc. Keep on making gains steadily and enjoy the process.
 
Lookin good. Those strenght gains have got to help the depression at least a little right? Good luck bro. Keep it pumpin.
 
You look like Fred Durst on juice. Maybe you should give Christina a call. Seriously, I didn't see the first pic that you got blasted for but like someone else said you look pretty proportioned and guns look full from that angle. What was the problem with the first pic? Were you soft around the middle? If so, I would concentrate on losing bf. Your size looks there for you height.

Here are the first pics...I am defintely a little soft in the middle. In the morning i got abs but by night i don't lol.

If you can get a buddy to take progress pics --and it's hard to find someone to do it, I know-- that would help.
 
Shit...actually guys I made a mistake on the pictures. The second set of pictures is from this second cycle...I was relabeling my files and it looks as if the new pics replaced the old ones. I had the pics from the first cycle up but it won't let me edit it now.

very true,.....that is why my guns so much beter then they really are.....i have worked hard on posing (even though i have never stepped on stage and competed yet)

Please do not take this as a flame as I was bashed pretty hard 2 years ago on this board for my pics when I thought I looked good. Although at that time there were many older guys who seemed to be alot more jacked then some of the newer guys.

1. You took a picture in the dark while ur wearing a black shirt. wtf?????
2. Your arms are the only thing seperating you and a 16 year old.
3. You are as soft as a babys ass!!!!
4. You are fat, just like my self and most other lifters this time of year.
5. You do not look strong due to no muscle matur.

And you know why???????

YOU ARE STILL YOUNG AND A BEGINNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep pumpin my friend you remind me of a younger version of my self. You are young(dont tell me you are not), a hard gainer, with a stong work ethic. You are deff an over achiever, you will find this out more as you turn of legal age..lol

Any comment is better then no comment. Even if it is negative. Trust me I can take it! Dish it out, I'm all ears baby. I'm a very hard gainer, and I've learned to really eat and train my ass off for minimal gains. But everytime I walk into the gym, and pack on those weights, I get stronger, and that's what motivates me. Self improvement.

Thanks...I am so stiff I don't even think I can do some of those poses lol. Like the first pic of Needsize's. Even when I do a double bicep pose, it looks kinda odd cuz my arms aren't straight lol.
 
man you should of still gone natural for a while I think, too early for roids but its your decision.

do you even work out enaugh?
