in terms of how many carbs - are you using ALA or r-ALA.
either way, I don't think there is an official amount - just play with the amounts you take over time.
for me, I take "a handful" of ALA caps when I have dinner, and that is under 100g of carbs in that meal.
"a handful" is anywhere from 1-1.5g with the 100mg caps I have.
